Delivery
Available shipping destinations, delivery options and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Please check the delivery information there before placing your order.

Change of mind
For online consumer purchases, you generally have 14 days from receiving your goods to notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, without giving a reason. After notifying us, return the goods within a further 14 days.
Notify us at oumasupport@gmail.com. Include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Contacting us for return instructions does not limit your right to withdraw.
You are responsible for return postage for a change-of-mind return. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. A deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds
For a valid withdrawal, we refund payments, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving your notice. Additional costs of an upgraded delivery option are not refunded. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or evidence that they have been returned, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Faulty goods
Your statutory rights are unaffected. Consumer purchases are covered by a two-year legal right to complain about defects. Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem so we can help.
