Shipping and delivery

Free shipping applies automatically when your order subtotal is at least DKK 500 after discounts. Below DKK 500, shipping is charged at the rates below. We cover additional-item surcharges.

Rates are listed in EUR and converted to your checkout currency by Shopify. Your final shipping price is shown before payment. Transit times are estimates from dispatch.

Available delivery options depend on your address. For time-sensitive orders, email oumasupport@gmail.com before ordering.

Right of withdrawal

For online consumer purchases, you generally have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. After notifying us, return the goods within a further 14 days.

Email oumasupport@gmail.com, include your order number and clearly state that you wish to withdraw. Contacting us for return instructions does not limit your right of withdrawal.

You pay return shipping when exercising your right of withdrawal. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. A deduction for diminished value may apply if goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds

Following a valid withdrawal, we refund your payment, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of your notice. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option are not refunded. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Faulty goods

Your statutory rights are unaffected. Consumer purchases are covered by a two-year right to complain about defects. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can help.
